Copyright & content removal
Two separate routes: a formal copyright notice, or a plain removal request from the performer. The second one is deliberately easier than the first.
What is actually on this site
CamGirls Catalog publishes profile metadata and preview images drawn from a public broadcasting platform, together with statistics we calculate ourselves. We do not host, store or re-encode video. Where a stream is involved, it plays from the platform that hosts it.
That means some requests belong here — a preview image, a profile entry — and some belong to the hosting platform, which is the only party able to take the underlying broadcast down.
For performers: the short route
If you are the performer, you do not need to prove copyright, hire anyone or use legal language. Write to us from any address and tell us which profile is yours and what you want:
- hide my images but keep the profile;
- remove the profile entirely and stop indexing it;
- correct something that is wrong.
We will ask for a simple confirmation that the account is yours — a note in your public room bio, or a message from the account — purely so that nobody can remove someone else's page. We act on verified requests promptly and we do not ask you to justify the decision.
You can also claim your profile from its own page. A verified claim lets you publish your own introduction, schedule note and official link, and takes precedence over anything we generated.
For rights holders: formal notice
To submit a copyright infringement notice, send us a written communication containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs on this site where the material appears, precise enough for us to locate it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
An incomplete notice slows everything down; we may come back to you for the missing element before acting.
What happens next
Valid notices are actioned without waiting for a dispute: we remove or disable access to the identified material and, where an account is involved, notify the person who posted it. We keep a record of what was removed and when.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you hold that good-faith belief, and your contact details together with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material are terminated.
Abuse of this process
Knowingly filing a false notice — to remove a competitor, to silence a performer, or to test us — carries legal liability for damages and costs. Requests that appear to be made in bad faith are refused and recorded.
